This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how lodigame ("lodigame," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal information of players and visitors who access the lodigame platform at lodigame.app ("Platform").

By registering a lodigame account, accessing the Platform, or otherwise providing us with your personal information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the lodigame platform immediately.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, lodigame acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to the personal data collected through the lodigame platform. As PIC, lodigame determines the purposes and means of processing your personal information.

lodigame operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to the data governance requirements applicable to PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.

lodigame collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of the Platform, compliance with legal obligations, and the delivery of a safe and personalized gaming experience. The categories of personal data we collect include:

lodigame does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (as defined under the Data Privacy Act) beyond what is strictly necessary for identity verification and regulatory compliance. Where sensitive information is collected — such as government ID numbers — it is handled with heightened security measures.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, lodigame processes your personal data on the following lawful bases:

lodigame does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data sharing agreements:

• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government agencies where disclosure is required by law or regulatory mandate.
• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations), BDO Unibank, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Metrobank, and other payment service providers necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity Verification Providers: Third-party KYC and age verification service providers engaged by lodigame to fulfill our regulatory obligations. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

lodigame retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active lodigame account plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required for AML compliance and regulatory audit purposes.
• Transaction and Financial Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each gaming session for dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless the matter is subject to ongoing legal proceedings.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your consent plus two (2) years, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, lodigame will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures. Where anonymization is not technically feasible, data will be securely destroyed.

lodigame implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. Our security framework includes:

• Encryption: All personal data stored on lodigame servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data transmitted between your device and lodigame is protected by TLS 1.3 protocol.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to lodigame personnel and authorized service providers on a strict need-to-know basis. All access is logged and regularly audited.
• Two-Factor Authentication: lodigame supports and encourages the use of two-factor authentication (2FA) for player accounts to provide an additional layer of security beyond username and password.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by lodigame:

lodigame is strictly an adult gaming platform. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law, lodigame is available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. lodigame does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

During the registration process, lodigame requires all applicants to confirm their date of birth and submit to age verification. Where lodigame discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered account belongs to a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method following verification.

lodigame primarily stores and processes your personal data within the Philippines. However, certain service providers engaged by lodigame — such as cloud infrastructure providers and game content studios — may process data in other jurisdictions.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, lodigame ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards may include:

• Standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission.
• Data sharing agreements that impose obligations on the recipient equivalent to those under Philippine data privacy law.
• Transfers to jurisdictions that the NPC has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection.

lodigame reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The most current version of this Policy will always be available at lodigame.app/privacy-policy, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect how we collect, use, or share your personal data — lodigame will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the lodigame platform after the effective date of any amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated terms.
